This is our first ever - Get the Look - post where we make it super simple to recreate the look in your own spaces from a room we created for our clients. Do you remember a few weeks ago when we revealed our Chanhassen Project: Family Room? We received so much amazing feedback on the design and transformation so we've broken it down for you here so you can get this amazing family room for yourself!
Get the Look
We're calling this the modern traditional design because we paired a lot of modern elements with traditional ones. This truly is our favorite way to design and results in the "now" look. For instance, the traditional tufting in the Carbon Loft Rubin Ottoman paired with the Modern West Elm Austin chair creates that beautiful modern traditional juxtaposition. We also mixed metals throughout this space which gave it that imperfect, yet perfect modern traditional imbalance. Mixing metals is also a favorite of ours but that's for another blog post.
Below you can Get the Look by clicking on the + signs in the boxes next to each item which will then take you to that item on the web - pretty amazing right?! Have fun and let us know if you plan to incorporate any of these elements in your spaces! We'd LOVE to hear about it and see some pictures!
We know how much you love this transformation so we thought we would share more like it. Check out related posts below. Don't forget to sign up for our blog to get the latest blog posts when they come out!
